Jared Laing was our realtor, he is very familiar with the area we were interested in and helped navigate our property search. Jared is knowledgeable in land use and what to look for when evaluating properties. He and I walked a property and he showed me the pros and cons of it as well as identifying tree species on sight and plant types that livestock would and wouldn’t eat. He help us come to an offer on the property we purchased and with the counter offer. After home inspection he advised us on what to ask for and what to pass on.
