Amazing service working with Thomas. Not only did he continuously work to find properties we might be interested in, but he kept refining based on feedback.... All through phone calls and emails since we were in two different states. Once we found some properties we wanted to look at, he made all the arrangements and spent nearly two days with us driving around east Texas, even locating new listings that we may want look at in the areas we were visiting. Then he worked hard to get us the best price for the property, researching our concerns, working to get soil testing done, and following up with surveys from the seller. Wish there was a sixth star to give but I guess they put that on the Texas flag!

I found a property I wanted to purchase and contacted this reality co. I asked the price, after he stated what it was, I made a counter offer, and he laughed at me. Quite rude I thought. I called again and again (for a year) trying to make another offer on the property but he would never return my calls. I really wanted to purchase this property and make it my home. He has now sold the property (to someone else) and did not even give me a chance to buy it. I will tell everyone I know what a jerk he is.
